▼ Customer Service & Sales Representative

Job Purpose: Directly responsible for acting as a liaison between the customers and the company. Represent the company’s values when answering phone calls and responding to e-mails. Seek out new customer opportunities and drive growth within the company.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Make contact with current customers using phone, e-mail, internet, and other outreach means to maintain existing customer base and develop new customers.
  • Assist in the update and creation of product catalogs, brochures, direct mailings, and product packaging.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Investigate customer’s challenges and find solutions.
  • Provide backup support for all areas of customer service personnel.
  • Pack orders according to company procedures and ship product.
  • Answering phone calls and handling customer issues in a prompt and efficient manner This will require sales order recording, fulfilling, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Attend and assist in the planning of trade shows and events to sell and promote products.
  • Learn our ERP system for customer services and sales.
  • Assemble kits for the air products.
  • Be aware of and track supplies as they are used up.
  • Assist in continual and annual inventory for all products, as necessary.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or Certification in higher education. An equivalent combination of education and or experience would also be considered.
  • Commitment to company values.
  • Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic computer application knowledge to include but not limited to MS Office products.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
  • Proven ability to listen carefully to and understand a customer’s situation.
  • Ability to remain patient and polite, particularly when dealing with a challenging customer.
  • Must work well in a team environment with an outgoing personality.
  • Works with a sense of urgency and a strong work ethic.
  • Requires a high degree of responsibility, time management skills and flexibility.
  • Willingness to think outside of the box and remain flexible, in order to satisfy the customer’s needs.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and basic website maintenance practices are preferred but not a requirement.

▼ General Shop Production Labor

Job Purpose: Directly responsible for production and assembly of product. Represent the company’s values when assembling and producing product while maintaining quality standards, safety standards, records, and equipment.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan and maintain quality standards during production using work orders, blueprints, specifications, machining parameters and assembly instructions.
  • Operate CNC and manual machinery to include lathes, mills, grinders, saws, presses, welders, thermal forming, and foundry equipment.
  • Maintain quality with the use of measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, indicators, comparators, and various gages.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and following manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions and irregularities.
  • Document actions by completing compliance, production and quality logs.
  • Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available and anticipating needed stock
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or Certification in higher education.
  • Some Mechanical Experience, 1 to 5 years preferred.
  • Must be able to clearly read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Be proficient in the use of measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, comparators, gages, etc.
  • Be able to learn and adapt to new processes and operations.
  • Regularly perform repetitive tasks that require manual dexterity to assemble and package pieces together quickly and accurately and be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to calculate and work with figures such as, basic math, percentages, weight, distance, area, circumference, and volume.
